In the way we provide truly individualized care. But most importantly, it shows up in the patient outcomes. When a pet is truly family, emergencies are scary. My family is so thankful we found you when our 5yo GSP, Bella, needed urgent medical attention. I was able to reach a receptionist without being put on hold or going through an automated phone tree, when we arrived she was assessed by a vet tech within 10 minutes of arrival, we received a phone update by the vet within 30 minutes and there was a well explained treatment plan for our doghter. Bella is doing fantastic — we can’t thank you enough!

While I didn’t want to go to the emergency vet, not ONE person I talked to at Tanasbourne Vet Emergency made me feel like it was the wrong decision to come here. They brought my Rainy back from a near diabetic coma and she back to her punky self. They were responsive, attentive, patient, and understanding. Would highly recommend them; if needed.

Seriously this was the most stressful couple days to have our puppy need to stay at the ER Vet. This facility and the entire staff was amazing. They saved our puppy from what was not very good odds of survival and took such good care of him. We got lots of updates and the staff was great about keeping in contact with us. The Dr’s are amazing and care so much about the important work they do. I cannot say enough good things about our experience and how thankful we are to bring our puppy home.
